Surrender yourself to your better version

“Be willing to surrender what you are, for what you could become in life”

Do you know how a rattlesnake grows?

It grows by shedding its previous skin. When it gets ready to shed off its skin, its eyes turn milky in color. It cannot see anything properly at that time; therefore it tries to find a place to hide. The process of shedding skin is true for most of the reptiles and animals, but in the case of rattlesnakes, it reveals new parts of the rattlesnakes tail”-

The process of emotional, spiritual, and mental growth of human beings is very similar to rattlesnakes. Every time we grow, we shed off a layer of ignorance and weakness from our personality. This is a natural process and is true for every person.

But often when we come across any such circumstance, it becomes very hard to let go of the previous layer due to the attachments we have with them. This shedding off can be triggered by the loss of loved ones or being in some miserable circumstances that leave you no other option. Though these things happen with everybody some of us hold on to negative experiences and keep whining about them all our lives, and others use that as a weapon to shed off their weakness and grow stronger. The second category of people is who we look up to for inspiration.

As a third person, which category do you want to be a part of?

Now, introspect yourself, which category do you fall in?

Think about it.
