Look within you who do you find- a friend or a foe?

If you find a friend, you would understand how comfortable and peaceful it feels. But, if you find a foe, no need to worry. You can always fix that.

Auto-suggestion is a psychological technique using which one can recondition their mind to think positively. For all the aspects of your life, you can replace negative self-talk with positive self-talk. It is one of the best-known methods of dealing with the foe inside you.

How to apply auto-suggestion?

  1. Sit down and re-evaluate, which area of your life do you want to improve?
  2. Replace the negative self-talk and thoughts, about that area of your life with affirmations.
  3. Write down a positive statement about that area of your life in the first person. For example, “I am worthy”, or, “I will achieve my target”.
  4. Visualize yourself as already owning it and feel those emotions.
  5. Repeat the visualization every morning after getting up and every night before going to sleep for maximum impact.

Eventually, you will see some changes within you, it will be reflected in the way you approach different situations in life. As you evolve into a person with a growth mindset, you will see these changes being reflected in your reality as well. The seed of every good and bad aspect of your life is in your head. You can either choose to nurture it or destroy it.
